I purchased this and the pleated shirt at the same time. They are essentially the same shirt, which I couldn't tell from the photographs. One has the pleats sewn down, one does not. One has a loop at the back neck to hold a tie in place, one does not. They are both bibfront styles and would be indistiguishable to anyone but the wearer. They are both very nice shirts. I have sewn buttons onto the back neck band for detachable collars. Since they close with a stud on the front, they work quite well. The cut is accurate and ample.
