Bright and cheerful as a summer day, you’ll look your sporting best in these terrific striped Summerhill Trousers!
Constructed of durable cotton twill, with a prominent wide stripe in off-white and navy blue, these trousers feature high-waisted victorian cut, three front and one rear pocket, adjustable back, and riveted suspender buttons.
Imported, 100% cotton, hemmed with a 36" inseam and offered in waist sizes 30 - 52. Also available: Ferndale striped trousers in brown and navy blue.
Please note that these pants sit approximately 1" higher on the body than modern pants do. Therefore, most people need to order one size up from their customary size.
As you can see in our photos, our old fashioned trousers sit higher on the body than modern pants do.
For best fit, measure your torso (in inches) just below your belly button, and select this size of trousers.
In many cases, this will be one or more size above your customary pants size.
Inseam
Our trousers come with a 36 inch inseam. If you need them shorter, you will need to have them tailored locally to your desired fit.

Very comfortable and fun to wear. The vertical stripes make you look taller and slimmer! I would suggest buying suspenders to go with them.

I purchased these with the matching vest. The first time I wore the vest, I wore white ducks as these were being hemmed. When I did wear them together, I received numerous compliments, such as, "Smashing!" They are very comfortable and easy to care for. I ordered one size larger, as suggested, and they fit perfectly. A terrific set.
