Made in the USA by Wahmaker. Dry clean only. Body is 83% polyester, 17% wool. Lining and adjustable back are 100% cotton. Available in sizes S - 2X.

Highland vest
Another reviewer noted that the buttonholes were ragged, I realize that we live in an imperfect world so some imperfections will turn up but it should be the exception and not the rule. I received my vest and guess what, ragged buttonholes, for the price and the fact that it is made in USA, it is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If it cost 15.00 no problem, but 71.00, give me a break!

Vest exactly as expected. I'm going to have it tailored, however, to cinch in the waist. Chest is perfect but needs to be taken in at the waist. With the reasonable price of the vest, the cost of tailoring is not an issue.

A bit heavy
So far so good. I've only worn it once. Matches a black suit of mine fairly well. The material is a bit thicker and heavier than I was expecting from a wool/polyester blend. The most annoying thing is that there were many loose threads around the button holes that caught on the buttons and had to be burned off. But I'll probably wear it again.

Highland Vest - a big hit!
Gave this as a gift to my husband, a huge Civil War and theatre buff. He loves it! Fits him perfectly. It'll complete the outfit when next time he dresses as Lincoln to give the Gettysburg Address on the occasion of Lincoln's birthday party thrown by our local Republicans in February!

I love this vest. It is classic and classy and the 4 pockets are well placed and are constructed in a way to offer a great appearance, offer a good place for my time piece. This vest is excellent value for the high quality and the designed is excellent. I am a size 40 chest and the medium vest fit perfectly. ( I thought I was always a size 42 but remeasured my self) These sizes are true to the actual US sizing guidelines.

Quality Vest
This vest was very durable and looks great. The only complaint that I have is that the vest is not available in "tall" sizes, making it feel as though it is riding up any time I raise my hand over my head. Fortunately, when combined with the high waist of the Highland Pants it is less of an issue. I would recommend purchasing this vest with the other items in the Highland line for a nice retro suit.

A little disappointing
This was listed as a dress vest and, from the picture, it looked like the material would be nicer than it is. It's made of a fairly stiff cotton and seems to me more like a work vest. That was something of a disappointment since this was the only black, collared vest without patterned material that I could find. It seems well made and is fine for what it is, it's just not what it looked like on the website.
