By popular demand, our 100% wool frock coat in a rich burgundy. The most versatile piece of clothing in a wardrobe, this fine 100% wool coat is appropriate for day or evening wear. Fancy silver concho buttons on front, sleeve and at waist on back round out a great coat! From Wahmaker and made in the USA, so you know it's the best quality. Features 2 front flap pockets, 1 breast pocket and 1 inside breast pocket. Padded shoulders and split at back for easier movement. Exterior 100% wool. Lining 100% Acetate. Dry Clean only. Available in sizes 38-48. Sizes below 38 may be available, call to check stock and pricing.
Our coats are made with typical American sizing, meaning your chest measurement (in inches) is the size you should choose. |
To measure your chest: Raise your arms slightly and measure just under your arms. Be sure to cross over the shoulder blades and the fullest part of the chest. If your belly measures larger than your chest, use your belly measurement for coat size. |
Longs: If indicated in the selection list (e.g. 46L,) long sizes may also be available. Longs are approximately 2" longer in the back and sleeves. |

This was a very well made coat that actually kept me warm while on a visit to the midwest in 40 degree temperatures. The shoulders were a little too wide but not bad. I love the coat.
