Adventure in style in this terrific mid-calf men's boot.
Flexible faux leather finish, with sturdy rubber lug sole and 1" heel. Zipper for easy on-off, and simple sizing. The boot shaft measures 15-16" tall from the sole of the foot (not including the heel) to the top of the boot. The calf circumference ranges from 16.5" to approximately 19". Imported.
A note about our costume boots: These are real shoes, not shoe covers, and have good quality basic construction (glue, stitching, etc.,) that will stand up to casual use. They are made of polyurethane to keep the pricing reasonable, but are suitable for any performance or historical setting. Certain modern elements, e.g. zippers, have been added for your convenience.
Oversized: This item is considered oversized for shipping purposes, and may incur a surcharge if shipped internationally.
These are good for a costume that looks like a costume. Not very authentic looking.

I bought these boots for a Rocketeer costume for this year's Dragon Con. After walking around Atlanta all day, my feet were killing me! But the boots held up well, especially after being stuffed in a duffel bag with a helmet and rocket pack through airport security and still looked good enough to walk around in. I wouldn't go hiking in them, but they're a great costume piece.

I was very satisfied for the inexpensive price, but they run large. If you take a size 10 exactly, as I do, a medium is necessary rather than a large.

This is a good boot for reenactors and actors.I would'nt want to walk 10 miles in them but they are comfortable and portray the early 1800 outfit I wear for first person historical talks.

Found the sole split and the coating cracked fairly soon. However I was wearing them often so maybe save em for a special dress up and you have a great product.Also recommend you put some shoe liners in the boots as the interior starts to disintegrate rather quicklyBut still look good :-)
