A perfect walking skirt, this cotton twill features ruffles at the back that give a bustle effect, without the bother of an additional bustle pad. This skirt is excellent for later Victorian impressions as skirts slimmed and bustles became more pronounced near the close of the 1800's.

Shown with the Edwardian Hoop Underskirt, but can also be paired with the 4 Bone Hoop Underskirt for greater fullness.
