Our white spats are traditionally styled, with a nod to modern convenience. Bright white cotton canvas, with white snaps and elastic strap across the bottom of the shoe.
I've been looking for a replacement pair of spats for a long time and finally found a real pair that match my old set. These are great quality and I'm glad I purchased them, In fact I'm gonna order another pair as a backup.
These are good solid material with fine white buttons.However you should note the strap under the arch is elastic, as are the straps securing the buttons. I hope they last. I did receive a compliment on them from the attendant who took my coat at the affair.

These are made of a much higher quality material than I expected. They are also surprisingly warm which is neither a good or bad thing in itself but is good to know. The snaps are fixed to elastic straps so it kinda adjusts automatically.

I was overjoyed when my spats arrived, I put them on straight away and they fit perfectly. It is not a good idea however, to wear them with dark dyed trousers before you wash the trousers first as I learned the hard way (blue dye all over them until I washed the spats themselves). Overall great product, along with respect of random people about town.
