Simple and Does Its Job

I needed a cravat to better fill out an outfit. Having never owned one, I decided to go with this one. It is very utilitarian and when added to the right outfit really completes it. If you are looking for a cravat that gets the job done, this is it.

Looks great and super easy to tie. I just wish I had more of these availalbe in different colors and maybe fabrics as well. That would be good. Get on it H.E.

What can I say about this that hasn't been said by others? I purchased this as part of the wardrobe for an on screen horror host persona, but will gladly by this and other products for my own personal everyday use as well.
Can I get this in a plus size?

While I love the look of this product, the model who was to wear it for the photo shoot had a very thick neck and I could have used an additional 2 inches of length at each end to help keep it tucked into the vest. I will continue to use it but I apparently need to find smaller people. Hopefully a longer version of this product will become available.
Precisely what I was expecting

Quite a wonderful cravat that works well with anything from high elegance to the average working man (of distinction). I've found myself wearing it with any number of vests from both this site and from others. It certainly goes well, and different styles of knot are also a possibility (with some practice and experimentation). Good show!
A good Cravat

Not for authentic minded civil war reenactors

I guess in California handmade includes modern sewing machine. I am a hardcore authentic civil war reenactor in Tennessee. "Handmade" in this hobby usually means it's either handsewn or at least sewn with a period sewing machine of period fabric and thread. Perhaps that's my fault for assuming. This cravat is sewn with a modern machine and the body is senthetic fabric, probably rayon or something like it. It's hard to tell about the thread, but it appears to be a synthetic blend. None of these materials can be used in authentic reenacting. In fact the last few events I have attended they would have told me to take it off and leave it in my vehicle. I'm not saying I don't like Historical Emporium or that I won't purchase anything else...
